We were selected as part of the reThink Food Innovation program which had the aim of identifying the most innovative thought leaders in the areas of “Fermented Foods & the Microbiome”, “Back to Basics”, “Urban Agriculture”, “Eating for the Eco-System”, “Culinary Confidence” and “Food Science for Greater Good”, the category for which we were chosen.

“A joint initiative of The Culinary Institute of America and the MIT Media Lab, this is the reThink Food Conference’s third annual event.
